During my first year in New York amidst the madness of the city, I found myself needing to create an alternate musical world; one that was sacred, safe… and ideally without the sound of sirens. So I spent all of my freshman year writing these songs and recorded them this past summer in LA with some of my favorite musicians on the planet. It’s such an incredible feeling to bring your own songs to life with your heroes and friends, and together, create something that even the visionary couldn’t have envisioned. Eternally grateful for all the saints in my life who made this album with me.
